The business of Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Private Limited (OPI) includes catering infusion products across various therapeutic segments, including infusion therapy, parenteral nutrition, anti-infectives, and plasma volume expanders.
We have our sales & distribution network across major Emerging Markets and are constantly working in the direction of providing improved health to people across the world.
We cater across several product categories in India with an endeavour to support upgradation of medical care in the country with the introduction of new products and technologies. Our customer base in India includes institutions, large corporate hospitals, and nursing homes.
We remain at the forefront to adopt innovative initiatives & training methods for staying abreast with the latest industry trends. We contribute towards medical education through conducting various Continuous Medical Education (CME) Meets & Doctor Group Meets (DGMs) across the country comprising renowned doctors along with carrying out other such initiatives.

About
Besides mandatory compliance regime, the Company has always acknowledged the importance of good corporate governance and CSR. Since beginning the Company had tied itself with various kinds of social commitments.
Thus, we also appreciate initiative taken by the Governments in introducing CSR framework and CSR Policy has been developed in accordance with section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 (referred to as the Companies Act in this policy) on CSR and in accordance with the CSR rules (here by referred to as the Rules in this policy) notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
